Good Friends, Good Pizza and Angry Orchard….I think so!

Today was a busy day for this girl! Started the morning off with a hot cup of tea and The Price Is Right. It was the first time I was able to watch it this week, had to take advantage of it! Both my four legged furry children curled up next to me on the couch, Callie kept looking at me every time I would play long.

Once our show was over it was time to do some serious organizing! I started with our bedroom and closet. Since I’ve returned home things have just been kind f thrown everywhere. My closet looks like a bomb went off. I continued going through my clothes, making another pile of clothes I do not wear, I also went through my shoes as well. I will admit I had a hard time letting go of shoes, especially my Nike’s! I think it is safe to say I have an addiction to shoes! Ha ha! I did make a big push on my closet, as far as getting things organized and put away. Will finish up tomorrow morning. I got the office cleaned up last week, I only have the guest bedroom to straighten up and then I should be done! Still so much to do it seems like. Ha ha!

Last night was my last dose of Voriconizole, which means I can finally enjoy a glass of wine, or an Angry Orchard! The last time I had a glass of wine was at our fundraiser, back in January. I’m not much of a drinker but once in awhile it is nice to have a glass of wine with a group of friends. Anyway’s tonight I met up with a great group of friends for dinner. Candice Fredicks, Megan Jewel, Nickie Bartram, and myself all met up at Logger’s for pizza. Dr. Chakraborty even stopped by for a few minutes. We all enjoyed everyone’s conversations! I really truly enjoyed sitting down and sharing several good laughs! Those special people have played a key role in this journey. From taking excellent care of me while I was in the hospital, to just supporting me mental and physically. For that I will be for ever grateful. Nickie, Candice, Megan and Dr. Chakraborty I cannot thank you guys enough for everything! It truly means a lot to be here and share these special moments with you! Loving life! I also will not lie I had an Angry Orchard with my pizza and it tasted so good! Man-oh-man!

Well it is getting late, this girl better head for bed! Hope everyone had a great Friday. Tomorrow looks to be another busy day for this girl. You’ll have to check back to see what actually happens! Cheers everyone!
