Since we got in super late last night neither one of us had planned on waking up early this morning, and we did just that. We slept in and took advantage of the nice quiet morning. Enjoyed our coffee and then got ready for the day. Plus it was raining this morning, so I wasn’t in too much of a hurry to head out. Ha!
Finally it had turned into a slight drizzle, so we decided it was time to go for a walk. Today we decided to head towards Pike’s Market and walk around. Tons and tons of people out and about, didn’t want to take any chances so I wore my mask everywhere we went. Indoors and outdoors it doesn’t matter I had it on! Oh my gosh all the fresh colorful flowers for sale at Pike’s Market were beyond beautiful. Of course I had my camera on hand and snapped photo’s throughout the day. I will admit Seattle has tons of photo opportunities! While we were out walking we past a Oil & Vinaigrette store. We decided to go in. While we were looking around we were offered a sample or Raspberry vinaigrette tea and it was delicious! They had all kinds of olive oils and vinaigrettes to sample. They had pieces of bread you could dip into the sample and try if you like. Needless to say I just walked around and looked at all the different flavors. Super fun stores to check out!
After we finished wondering around Pike’s Market, we headed back towards the hotel. Our feet were getting tired, well I know mine were! We took a little break and then decided it was dinner time. While being in Seattle it is a must we eat at my favorite place ever! That’s right you guest it, The Crab Pot! Good thing we don’t have a Crab Pot restaurant back home! I would eat there everyday! Ha! I had my favorite dish Crab and Shrimp combo. Boy oh boy did it taste good! I totally made a pig of myself!
We arrived back at our hotel for the evening. Time to kick off the shoes and get ready for tomorrow. I have to be at University of Washington by 8:00 tomorrow morning. It’s clinic time! Keep your fingers crossed things go well tomorrow. I sure hope they do! Hope everyone had a great Sunday!
I will post pictures from today below. I realized this morning I totally forgot to post yesterday pictures as well. So I will post those as well! Sorry I was totally spent when we got back!
Anyways until next time……….
