Furious 7!!!!

Today was an adventurous day! My mom and I woke up drank our coffee and tea while watching the Price Is Right. After hour power, my mom needed to do some work on her laptop, I jumped in the shower and got ready for the day. Once I was ready, I packed a small backpack to take on our adventure. This time I made sure I had my glucose meter, insulin pen and my two o’clock iv antibiotic. Wasn’t going to go off and forget anything this time! I definitely learned my lesson Tuesday!

We headed out the door this afternoon, jumped on the trolly and headed for downtown. Mr. Sunshine was out and it was time to take advantage of it. We walked around downtown, watched several street performs break dance. Even though the music was kind of crazy, it was totally cool to watch these young men. The way they are able to move their bodies, and position themselves in this crazy positions it is really cool to watch! I could have stood there all day, well not really but definitely could have watched for several hours.

Next thing I knew it was two o’clock time to find a little restaurant for a snack, and I needed to do my iv. I really didn’t want to do it outside in public, with tons of people watching. That would have been creepy ha ha! The closest place was Buffalo Wild Wings, not my favorite place but it will work. Good thing it wasn’t too crowded, we had a quick snack while I infused my iv. Then we were off again! Decided to go to the movies, I have been dying to see Furious 7! Love those movies!!!! We had a few minutes to kill before the movie started so we did a little window shopping at Tiffany’s, and a few other stores. Finally it was 4:15 Furious 7 time!!! I was like a kid in a candy store, beyond excited and my mom had some great laughs! Lots of action, great movie and it does help The Rock, and Vin Diesel are not to shabby to look at either! ha ha! Totally recommend it!

Felt great to get out go for a walk, and my breathers work! Still amazes me I can walk, talk and NOT cough. Still feels like a dream at times, so grateful it isn’t a dream IT’S REAL LIFE!!! LOVE IT!!!

Well my mom and I just got back a few minutes ago. Time to put on my sweats, do my nightly routine, take my meds and relax before calling it a day. Suppose to be sunny again tomorrow, I plan on being out and about! Stay tuned for tomorrow’s adventure’s! Don’t forget to get your Just Breathe Team Jen t-shirts, along with your luau tickets!!
