Woke up this morning had a cup of tea with Ken and Robert before they left. Was sad to see them go. Really enjoyed their company, the weekend just went too fast!! They headed south a little after 9:00 o’clock. We will be back together soon!

Before I headed back upstairs to our apartment I ate some breakfast. I brought it back up to the apartment so I could take my morning meds. After I ate and did my morning routine I got ready for the day. My Mom and I headed out around 11:00 o’clock or so. We needed groceries bad! We’ve been looking at this place online called Paint The Town. It’s a paint your own pottery place. My mom and I decided to go check it out. It was a small place, very busy today but lots of fun!!!! So many different pieces of pottery to pick from! I ended up painting a pasta serving dish and my mom painted a deep dish bowl. Can’t wait to see the finished product!! I’m not very creative so hopefully it looks okay! Ha ha.

We were in Paint The Town for several hours. It was actually relaxing to sit, paint and really not think about anything. There were a lot of kids in this place, so I wore my mask the entire time. Wasn’t going to take any chances! I definitely want to go back and paint a few more pieces before our time is up in Seattle. They have different deals for each day of the week. I just might have to take advantage of them!

After we finished our pieces we ran into Safeway which was a block away. Picked up a few groceries for the week. I was getting tired so we made a quick trip. Got the essentials fresh fruit, veggies and some different meat products. Enough to get us through the week anyways! Ha ha

Kerry decided to stay at the apartment at watch several basketball games while we were out and about. He helped carry in groceries which helped out!

Well it’s been a fun and wet day here in Seattle. I’m ready to call it a day, this girl is tired! Tomorrow will be an early morning, I have rehab at 9:00 am! We will see how that goes! Hope everyone had a great relaxing weekend! I will post several pictures of Ken, Robert and I and also my pottery from today! If you notice I wore my Oregon State sweats just for Ken! Go beavs!! Ha ha 🙂 Goodnight everyone!

Until next time……

What a great weekend! It has been so long since I have been able to get a hug from ya! Really nice to see you walking around like you are, after the surgery that you had. So many people do not know what your day used to be like with the chest shaking machine. So glad we can put that darn thing away.
    Love ya a bunch!

PS: really like how that “Oregon” (on Robert’s shirt) shows up in the pic’s!
