Sorry I didn’t blog last night. Had an amazing day with my family, got home super late and I was pooped! What an amazing weekend, Aunt D hosted one awesome bbq! I was beyond excited to have a majority of my family under one roof! Seeing my aunt, uncle, cousins and my grandma was a memory i’ll never forget! Lots of laugh’s were shared followed by several tears. I have to say I was excited to see everyone’s reaction on their faces on how well I looked. Just being able to give people hugs brings tears to my eyes. It is times like these how important family can be. Even though we were hundred of miles apart for the last three months I knew I had support from each one of my family members, and for that I cannot thank you guys enough! Love and family are two beautiful things!
Although I will say the highlight of the bbq was when Shon dropped the ribs in the grass! It happen so fast he had like a delayed reaction! We were all hollering at him to pick them up before the dogs became his best friend! We all gave him a hard time, saying the ribs were still delicious even though they had a little extra “parsley” on them! Ha ha! I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time! Well since my mom and I went shopping with my dad, and we put random items in his cart! I know I say this a lot, but to laugh like that and NOT cough is probably the most amazing feeling ever! Anyway’s despite you dropping the ribs, they and the tri-tip still turned out wonderful!
After dinner the family gathered around the table for a “friendly” game of bingo, and then another “friendly” card game. Our family doesn’t play for fun! Ha ha! I could hear Owen looking down from above laughing at us and calling us names, like he used to do. Miss and love you more than you’ll ever know Owen! Owen is my late Uncle Stan Anderson. We had nicknames for each other, mine was little Owen and his was big Owen. So whenever I mention the name Owen I’m always talking about him!
If you couldn’t tell I really enjoyed spending time with my family yesterday. I love each and everyone of you tremendously!
Since we got home late my behind was dragging today. I woke up at my normal time, but ended up taking a nap this afternoon. Afterwards I worked on a few projects for the luau. Almost done with that! It’s not too late to get your tickets, you can visit our website www.jenniferdwight.com for more information! Would love to celebrate with each and everyone of you! One Sunday’s my mom always makes a big Sunday dinner. Tonight we had baked ham, broccoli, home made scallop potatoes and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Well, I just had strawberries and whipped cream since the cake was not gluten free. Man-oh-man was dinner was fantastic!
My stomach is on overload and my eyes are getting heavy. Just finished watching the Summit Nationals from Atlanta, Georgia now time for WWE Payback! Whoop whoop! Hope everyone had a great weekend with your family, I know I did! I also hope everyone got to enjoy the sunshine as well! Felt so good!
Up and early tomorrow off to ATC for weekly maintenance. Have a relaxing evening! Cheers!
Until next time…….

Last night was one for the books! Such a great great day! Loved seeing you and your family so much!
What a great day with family! Nothing better than catching up and being with family, except maybe the burnt food… oh wait that is my family 🙂
Not coughing when you laugh would be so cool not to happen. I’m jealous. Glad you had a great time with your family.
