Thoughts are with you Amanda!

Molly and Kasha thank you so much for dinner tonight! I truly enjoyed your company, you two ladies are great friends!!! You girls crack me up! Can’t wait to see you again this Sunday!

Today has a hang out day for this girl. Starting tomorrow this week is going to get crazy busy, so I took advantage of the down time today that’s for sure!

I had a young lady contact me awhile ago, and we have been communicating via Facebook. Anyway’s long story short, she has Cystic Fibrosis as well, she is waiting for a double lung transplant at University of Washington as well. Well she got the call and er surgery was scheduled at 4:00 am this morning. Amanda was wheeled into the operating room this morning, was under sedation when Dr. Mulligan and his team felt the lungs were not good enough and had been damaged, so sad to say her surgery had been cancelled. I believe this was her third dry run so far. I have been thinking about her and her family all day today. I can’t imagine the frustration they are going through. Sometimes easier said than done you have to pick yourself back and up and keep a positive attitude. She will get her transplant very soon, and will be able to breathe freely. Until then keep the boxing gloves on Amanda, you’re a fighter you got this! I know your transplant is right around the corner! Thinking about you, sending nothing but positive thoughts your way my friend!

Well tomorrow is going to be a super early for this girl. Off to do another presentation and then a check up with Dr. Chakraborty. I am off to watch Deadliest Catch and then off to bed! Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
